You maintain individual publications belonging to a subscription (volumes or issues) on the Set up subscriptions window.
Set up subscriptions window
From Subscriptions, select Set up tables > Subscriptions
To define a subscription product
1. From Subscriptions, select Set up tables > Subscriptions to open the Set up subscriptions window.
2. Click New.
3. Enter PUB for the Product Type. The Vol/Iss field displays.
4. Enter the product Code. The code entered should not contain any spaces or special characters other than an underscore.
5. Enter the Vol/Iss number for this publication. Slashes are not allowed in the product code. Separate the Vol/Iss number with a dash.
6. Enter the product Title.
7. (optional) Enter the product Description.
8. (optional) Enter the Regular pricing information.
9. (optional) Enter the Non-Member pricing information.
10. (optional) Enter the G/L Account.
11. (optional) Enter the Pay Priority.
12. (optional) Enter the Deferred account number.
13. (optional) Select the Prorate rule from the drop-down list.
14. Click Save.
15. Repeat steps to enter each publication code for each volume/issue of this subscription.
